Inside Our Youth Academy
Every Saturday morning, 200 juniors aged 6 to 16 take over the back fields at Falconcrest Park. This is how future Falcons are made.
Fundamentals First
Every session starts with throwing mechanics and fielding footwork — the unglamorous skills that decide games years later. Groups are capped at twelve players per coach, and senior-squad players assist every weekend, so juniors learn from people who play the real thing.
Fun Always
Drills end with real games: tee-ball for the youngest, coach-pitch for juniors and full kid-pitch by age eleven. The summer academy tournament draws teams from across the county, and every participant leaves with a medal and a club cap.
Joining the Academy
Registration opens each March and September. Kit is provided for the first season, and sibling discounts plus scholarship places keep the academy open to every family. No experience needed — just bring energy.
